ABOUT ME

I am a 24 year old girl who thinks that there are so many places to see on earth that we have to start travelling now!
I was born in Canada, then lived in Cyprus, and finally settled in France 8 years ago. I finished high school in Toulouse and then came to Paris for my studies. I lived 6 months in Buenos Aires for an exchange program, and finally started working in the French capital a year ago.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I live next to place Denfert Rochereau in Paris, in the 14ème arrondissement. I have a convertible sofa in the living room that would be glad to host you if you come to visit this side of the earth ! I work during week days, but can show you around during week ends or give you some good restaurant adresses

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had planned a couchsurfing trip in Stockholm in 2010 that got cancelled because of the blablabla volcano in Iceland :(
Since then I've host travellers a couple of times and I thought it was a great experience. I am planning a trip to New York city in November for the marathon, so I hope I'll get to try surfing then !

Interests

I love theater, and the "show" universe in general. I act every year in amateur plays, and have done dancing for years.
I also love playing the guitar and singing stupid songs. And as a good French person, I always enjoy eating.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two years ago I spent two months in Delhi (India) to volunteer for Project Why, a great organization that helps slum children with education. I hope I did help them a little, but what is sure is that it changed my life. I have never lived an experience that strong, and would recommend it to anyone. It gives you an opportunity to stand back.

I can teach basics about theater. My father grew up in Morocco, so I can also teach you some moroccan recipes !
