Hey everyone! It's Jesse, and I'm glad to be here. I'm 23, working at Starbucks, as a barista, enjoying my summer, and taking it day by day. I was studying Linguistics, at Montclair State University (a university in New Jersey), but decided to take time off from school to travel. Why? I'm not really sure, I just don't feel like going back to college. I feel young and free, and want to take advantage of the time I have. I was born in the U.S. My mother's American, and my father's Israeli. I speak a little bit of Hebrew, and understand a good amount to get by. I'm a friendly guy, very out-going, love to go out, love to meet new people, and love to travel and go on adventures.

I love music, of all kinds, but especially samba, bossa nova, merengue, mambo, salsa, and classic rock.
I love movies, especially foreign films-from any country. Hey, a good movie's a good movie.
I love food. I can really eat a lot. As bad as I am at cooking, I enjoy it.
In the summertime, I run and play basketball a lot. I enjoy being outdoors, so anytime there's sun, you'll find me outside.
I enjoy going to the beach, hiking, biking.
My favorite thing to do is learn new languages. I love the thrill of learning new words, and being able to communicate with new people; it opens my mind up to so many new things! I enjoy the thrill of discovering new cultures and aspects of life. For me, traveling, language, food, and culture allow one to really experience life to the fullest.

What I can share with everyone is that I'd be a great guest, very entertaining, very warm, friendly, lively, polite, and respectable. I've got a number of interesting stories that I'd love to share, and would love to hear about from others. I hope, when traveling, to meet friendly people that can show me a different aspect of life, and their cultures. I hope to be hosted, and of course, when I have my own place, return the favor back to others.
