About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to find my place on this planet and searching for a pot of gold to buy me a bigger boat and sail around the world.

ABOUT ME

Love travel, love travellers and hate boredom. Love new faces, new music and people that have exactly the same iPod contents. I absolutely love it when I meet someone that has no clue what I'm talking about and vice versa and still we get on great. I like getting a tad drunk, not too much because then I start dancing and things get broken.

PHILOSOPHY

I like new people...so if you're new people we're good. I've been living in Antwerp all my life and I still have no clue where the tourist hot spots are...BUT I can show you places that are kinda nice.I happen to be a bike collector, so you can choose out of a wide array of vehicles to explore this town.

I also have a museum of skateboards, free for hire. We could install the big kite in front of it and travel around town, although electrical wires and tramlines will be a burden.

Happy Gilmore (only haters hate this one), Donnie Darko, Dirty Dancing, Bon Iver, Dj Shadow, U.N.K.L.E., Kruder&Dorfmeister, On the road, Shantaram,

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bathed in hot springs on my 21st birthday on the top of Mt. Rinjani while still drunk on local rice wine with clouds floating by and monkeys stealing my clothes. Almost got lost with my spouse...on kayaks...in the dark...in Halong Bay because apparently I suck balls at estimating the time by merely looking at the sun, oh yes. Buying a boat and started sailing with no experience whatsoever.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am shit at playing guitar, shit at boat carpentry and absolute shit at sailing but that didn't stop me from buying a boat, oh no sir. I'm good at bad skateboarding, good at posing with a surfboard and bad at surfing, so so at medicine, good at telling very bad jokes and bad at telling good ones. I read Time magazine so you'd think I'm up to date on wordly shit, sadly I forget most of what I read unless it has shiny colors around it. Being a doctor, I can prescribe numerous pills and ointments, or offer a day off work so we could go dancing.
