the past 3 months i have been travelling around canada getting to know this great country. i have met so many wonderful people and seen so many beautiful places. i like to observe the world around me which helps me learn new things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

being at the eastern most point in all of north america - cape spear newfoundland. it was a very special moment when all i could see was the open ocean and hear whales breeching in the distance

going to a meditation retreat that helped me understand how i react and respnd to different things and how to channel and work with those reactions to be a happier, friendlier, and more positive person.
