Overview
About Me
Easy going, artist, dog-lover, active, curious. Love the outdoors, meeting new people, going on adventures, living in the moment.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because one of the biggest pleasures of traveling and exploring new places is to meet new and interesting people. I love the philosophy of sharing that is couch-surfing, and the openness and trust that it invites. I think more of the world should operate in this way. Be open, be kind, be hospitable and the universe will return it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Blues, Reggae, Folk, Jazz, Funk, Classic Rock...a little bit of everything. Love the sound and groove of Fela Kuti.
Movies: I mostly enjoy foreign and independent films as well as oscar nominated films. I also delight in a good super-hero Marvel movie, Judd Apatow silliness or Tarantino violence.
Books: An avid reader of fiction (a few favorites: Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry, The Narrow Road to the Deep North by Richard Flanagan, The Secret History by Donna Tartt, The Lost Boys Symphony by Mark Ferguson) and psychology non-fiction (Carl Jung).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rescued an eight year old weiner-dog.
