I absolutely love to travel and get to know the most about the area I am visiting at the time. I am a travel nurse but also am employed at home so I don't travel full time. I am friendly, trust worthy, like to believe I am a person that people enjoy to be around. I like to get out and be adventurous, up for new things, and am very flexible to activities and situations that come my way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been a travel nurse for a while and usually travel by myself. I think couch surfing is an awesome way to meet people and see their city through their experiences and eyes. The people I have surfed with before have all been so awesome that I have decided to try this myself.

Interests

I love anything adventerous and new. I love hanging out with friends and family, going out and dancing and having some drinks. I LOVE karaoke! I enjoy outdoor activites such as tubing, rafting, swimming, and my fav is to sit oit and just soak in a hot tub. Also, I do enjoy sitting at home sometimes and reading, soaking in the tub, watching tv/movies, and just hanging out with my family and friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy all types of music. I am down to listen to whatever. Classical music is my least fav but pretty much ok with everything else. My favorite movies has to be "the outsiders" (which was an awesome book also) and "dirty dancing." Its one of those movies if I run across it on the tv, I always stop and watch the rest of it. And don't call me silly but some of my fav books were the twilight series, I LOVE iris johansen, and Nicholas sparks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow this is a hard question. Can only choose one thing......ok forget it, I cant! My philosophy is to live life to the fullest. You Only have one so make it worth it. I have done everything from swimming with sting rays, para-sailing, whale watching, zip lining, hiking to the most beautiful sites you can imagine, cross country road trips, cliff jumping, mud riding, played a nun in the play "sound of music", etc. If it sounds fun, I'm interested! !

For the humanities I have went cross country with world changers and worked on lower income family homes that needed extensive repair. This was truly rewarding to get to help the unfortunate.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: the southern ways! What we do in the south for fun. Ever been frog gigging?? Lol

Learn: I want to learn everything. Teach me please, I am an open book. Im very interested in the cultural and history of places.

Share: I can share the knowledge of my area where I live. I can also share my awesome family and friends!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live in a small country town. There is not alot to see there but it is a fun little community. I can share my knowledge of the surrounding large areas next to my small town.
