I live in Cologne (Germany) at the moment and I'm finishing my Master's Degree. I haven't done much travelling in my life, besides with my parents, but this is about to change ! I'm looking forward to many exciting trips in the future, especially the United States. I'm half American, half German and have seen far to little of the US as an adult. I lived in London for 6 months where I attended some Couchsurfing-Meetups and always found it to be great fun! Looking forward to many more... :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

An essential part of travelling and really getting to know the area, is to be in contact with the people who live there. I feel like only by meeting locals you can truly get to know a city or an area.

I think Couchsurfing is not so much about having a free place to crash, but also about meeting new people, having some cultural exchange and simply a good time.
