Overview
About Me
I am an American overseas, teaching at international schools. I have lived in the U.S., Indonesia, Ireland, and now am based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
I really enjoy getting out, seeing and exploring the world and different people/cultures, etc. I am into the challenge of new endeavors.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Most of the travelers I know recommend couchsurfing as a way to get to know other travelers and places in an easygoing, unique way.
Interests
I have taken some time to play around with SCUBA, surfing, paragliding, meditation, yoga, skydiving, photography. People, conversation and connecting give me energy. I enjoy reading when I get the time, but I do read articles daily. Music makes almost anything better, and I generally like it loud and impactful. I am into tech and how it can make life better. Cooking classes when I travel is always fun.
