I'm a professional singer/musician, voice teacher/activist, event organizer, and E-RYT vinyasa yoga teacher by passion and trade. I have an interdisciplinary performance background and a lifetime of arts education, so I have a high aptitude for getting weird and going down deep rabbit holes.

I love to explore the heights and depths of my own consciousness. In between dancing in lighter realms of existence, I’ve studied vipassana, yoga and sacred plants in depth, and would say I possess an endless curiosity to better understand myself and the world around me. I am so fascinated and inspired by this life. I love exploring these realms and sharing experiences.

I am deeply moved by the basic goodness we all possess when caught in glimpses, by life’s simple sweetness, by poetry in motion, by creative genius, by humbleness, and by the ongoing hilarity that is life. I always maintain my sense of humor!

I love connecting with people from different places and perspectives and finding the ways we overlap. I’m down to share quality space and time, share a meal, go on an adventure, or try something new. If I’m hosting, I’m happy to show you around.
