Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a great desire to not only check out the usual tourist destinations, but to get to know places more authentically. I've found that the best way to do that is to connect with people who live in those places. It doesn't matter if it's just small conversations in between or cooking together or going to concerts - I would love to get to know new people and maybe even make some new friends!

I really like to cook (vegetarian)! I also have a knack for plants, whether houseplants or in the garden. In my university city I have my own garden, where I also live in the summer.
