I'm a quiet, respectful person and I love animals; I can talk about my cats forever and I WILL make friends with your animals upon arrival. I've recently started roller skating and have joined my local roller derby league, so if you know anything about skating or the Terminal City, I'm all ears!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm planning on moving to Vancouver, so my current goal is to meet people and make friends in the city while I'm there to take care of immigration stuff.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I tend to prefer alternative/indie rock, and I have an embarrassing soft spot for turn-of-the-century rock (I could listen to Third Eye Blind or Matchbox Twenty any day!).

Movies: I'm not picky with movies or TV shows; basically if there are moving pictures I will watch them! I don't do well with horror though, and I'm a little over generic romantic comedies (they have to be original/creative for me to stay engaged).

Teach, Learn, Share

If you're at all interested in web technologies, I love to geek out! I can also roller skate pretty well and I love to talk about roller derby! I can sew and leather craft and have taught friends how to do both.
