I really, really love the ocean! Being underwater is bliss. I'm a big fan of good coffee and an occasional lover of red wine. I'm passionate about discovering the connection between human public health and environmental health, taking a particular interest in aquatic toxicology issues.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people and staying with locals is a much better way to get to know a culture than hanging out at a hotel! I am new to couch surfing, but I have friends who have both hosted and stayed with people and they have had great experiences and walked away with many new friends.
