Hi I'm Jess Born and bred in Sydney, always lived near the beach. I'm 26. I moved from Sydney to Wangetti a year ago with my partner and our 2 dogs.

I have a wealth of knowledge about Australia, as I've travelled to many places and I am also studying travel . So if you want any ideas on where to go get back to me.

I'll accept guests for a small fee as I can't afford to have people at my house for free, and don't really want people at my house if I'm not home, which is pretty reasonable.

I love it here, as I can bask in the sun and enjoy the slow paced environment. My partner fixes boats for a living and has his own business and I am studying at TAFE so we are very rarely home but we go to Cairns 4 days a week, and are happy to drop you down their if needed and bring you home after 4pm

I live in Wangetti around the corner from Hartleys Crocodile Farm which is 20 mins North of cairns and 20 mins south of Port Douglas. It's 300m from the beach, and it's a extremely remote place to stay in, it's a massive property which is on the world heritage list. Only Telstra works for phone reception.

I'm pretty easy to get along with, and so is my partner, I have a great sense of humour, I am pretty quiet but I can talk a lot depending on the person.

Happy to share our house with people needing a place to crash, but won't accept people who are loud and obnoxious drunks that don't respect house rules.

Interests

I love swimming, bushwalking, going on adventures.

I used to be extremely into makeup but it's too damn hot up here to wear makeup so I've had to find new interests I just love walking my dogs and going to the beach and seeing all the wonders FNQ has to offer.

I also am really into music. I'm not much of a party animal or drinker.

Favourite book is hard to describe but maybe the diary of Anne frank or any crime novel.
I love the TV show the office, CSI Miami, NCIS, and it's sad to admit home and away is my guilty pleasure.
