ABOUT ME

I consider myself a very friendly, quirky, outgoing person. I am pretty easy to please! I like to smile, have fun, and learn and see new things. I love being around people and spending time with my family and friends. I currently live in Minneapolis, MN and work as a teacher at a preschool. I am hoping to go to graduate school for my Masters of Social Work soon!

I am new to Couchsurfing and look forward to learning how this works and meeting new people and seeing new places :D

Interests

I love to dance! I grew up taking formal classes and continue to enjoy dancing by going out with friends and boogieing in my own living room!

I enjoy going out for a coffee or a drink, playing board games or trivia, going to museums, biking, and being outdoors. I also love animals - I have a rabbit named Otis!

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy lots of different kinds of movies, music, and books and I always love new ones - but here are a few of my favorites!

Musica: Frank Ocean, Beyonce, Robyn, Animal Collective, Broken Social Scene. Also, I can never resist good pop music, Motown, or anything I can dance to!!

Movies: Waiting for Guffman, Midnight in Paris, Inglorious Bastards, Stranger than Fiction, and The Legend of Drunken Master.

Books: The Elegance of the Hedgehog, Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, and Cat's Cradle.

I also love TV - my current obsessions being Avatar: The Last Airbender, Downton Abbey, and Korean Dramas.
