This is my first experience here. Was told about it by a group of travellers in a hostel in Auckland. I'm completely up for trying it though.

Music, Movies, and Books

I dont think I could live without music. Anything with a good beat and im in. Mumford and sons, Bob Marley, Lady Gaga, anything.
I used to read alot but now I find it more fun to do stuff that invovles more movement. Find it keeps me busy more. Something I am keen on. However, if a good book is found I dont give up the offer lightly.

Never shut people. People are your life line. Realise that its fine to be alone but without anyone in your life can be worse than never be left alone. Embrace all cultures, people and show them what you are made of.
