ABOUT ME

I grew up as a US military brat and spent the first 15 years of my life moving between Japan and the US. After 15, I settled down in the Philippines but still spend a few months a year living and working abroad coz my awesome job allows me to. :)

I'm an open-minded, creative, active, optimistic, independent, stubborn girl who loves great coffee, intelligent conversation, adventure, and nature.

So far, I've just done a tour of Intramuros.

兴趣

I love keeping fit by running, biking, swimming, going to the gym, or just walking around outside. I am an animal and nature lover. I find fulfillment in the simple things in life - helping students through teaching, finding the perfect words to pen my thoughts, cooking a meal without poisoning myself, spending time with family, friends, and new people, singing along to music, and easy Sunday driving.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I immersed myself in ancient Egypt for 10 days.
I was in Japan during the magnitude 9.0 earthquake of March 2011.
I have witnessed honest to God miracles :)

I am a teacher, so I love to share knowledge! I can teach English, basic Japanese, graphic design, and geek out over the origins of the universe.
