PHILOSOPHY

When I was younger the adults in my life would always remind me to "Never talk to strangers." For my own safety I did as I was told. But now that I'm older I can't stop talking to strangers. They have the best stories! They are the most beautiful people! Strangers are mysterious and mystery to me is infact, beauty. The hard part with this is that not all strangers are good people and the ones with beautiful souls walk into your life when you least expect it. I think that's why I love traveling so much. I'm constantly meeting fun and interesting people that usually make an impact on my life in a positive way whether they know it or not.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

April 2011: I sat in a castle in Portovenere, Italy overlooking the sea with a friend. We drank wine and talked about life until the sun went away and the only light visible was the light from the fireflies flying around us.

May 2011: That same friend and I visited the Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. We were there between the hours of 12am-3am even though we had to catch a flight at 8am. We were the only people visiting the tower that night except for a single man who did laps around the entire yard as he listened to music. He walked at a steady pace and never lifted his head. It was like he was in his own world. It was one of the most beautiful things I've ever witnessed.
