I'm from Devon originally but have moved around a fair bit. I'm active and enjoy being outdoors. I love travelling around and seeing new places, and most importantly trying new foods and meeting new people.

I love being outdoors, going hiking and rock climbing, yoga and meditation. I power lift, Crossfit and enjoy the odd bit of strongman too! Also a good beer and basically all food.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

Music- eclectic taste- I mostly listen to folk and acoustic but depending on my mood I also like most other genres including metal.

Movies- I like most movies, I'm a sucker for a cheesy romcom though!

Books- I'll read most things, at the moment I feel like i never read anything that isn't related to my course but when I do read non nutrition books, i like travel books like: The hokkaido highway blues and some Neil Gaiman always goes down well!
