HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I signed up while I was travelling around New Zealand last year but didn't end up using it yet a I stuck with WOOFing for that journey. I'm going to a friend's wedding in Whistler in July and hope to head out to Vancouver island (specifically tofino to surf!!). Figured I'd maybe give it a shot, meet some new people and such! Travelling has definetly given me faith in the kindness of strangers and how meaningful this can be while on a journey.

Travelled around New Zealands and was taken back by the beautiful scenery in general. A few things that stuck out (other than the awesome waves) were natural hotsprings and hot rivers (sometimes all to myself and a few friends), glow worms and surfing with dolphins and sealions (actually a little scary but cool).
