ABOUT ME

I am a student at university studying printmaking and I'm about to graduate in May! I don't really have any plans for the future yet, but I'm hoping they involve traveling...possibly a job or two... Right now I'm pretty busy with school, but when I'm not doing work I'm hanging out with friends, reading, listening to music, and doing activities like yoga, running, and climbing. I'm pretty laid-back and I like to try new things even if it's outside of my comfort zone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I cannot currently host any surfers but I am looking forward to being part of the couch surfing experience through staying with people who are enthusiastic about getting to know one another and sharing in the spirit of traveling!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started couchsurfing last year while I was abroad in Europe and absolutely loved it. It's really the best way to travel and meet people who are genuinely interested in getting to know you and showing you around their city. I can't think of a better way to discover a different world outside of your own.

Interests

I love being outdoors, running, hiking, camping, and kayaking and I could do art all day long, especially when I'm in the zone.

adele, ingrid michaelson, john mayer, stars, and james morrison all have a special room in my heart where they play and sing all day long. phoenix, black keys, indigo girls, mika, gotye, gomez, panda su, mates of state, lykke li, karolina, devotchka, ben kweller, florence and the machine, vampire weekend, he's my brother she's my sister, wildbell, the lumineers, mumford and sons, edward sharpe and the magnetic zeros...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess I have three but oh well: surfing for the first time in ecuador, hiking around the crater of mt. vesuvius, standing at the top of loughcrew cairns.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn new arts&craft projects like making books and quilting. Right now I'm really into embroidering and making friendship bracelets (let me know if you want one!) DIY rules.
