Hi! I'm not currently hosting in my tinytinytiny space here in Yosemite, but I'd love to meet up with folks! I live right in Yosemite Valley and love meeting people who find themselves in this beautiful place.

Before I moved to Yosemite, I was a twenty-something recent college grad obsessing all the time about the meaning of life, how to be happy, what shape my life would take, etc. I sat at a desk with work that bored me endlessly, very little community, and a city life that I really tried to enjoy. But I love being outside, taking pictures, writing and hiking, so I got off my stupid butt and moved to Yosemite. I’m now sitting at a desk again, but my work is engaging, my co-workers are wonderful, my community is beautiful, and I can hike to the rim of the valley after work if I want to.

I love people – meeting strangers, having a beer with friends, visiting family and getting to know the very heart of humanity. That, I think, is closest to the heart of the ~meaning of life~ and I’m always seeking it out. I’m definitely an extrovert, but love equally much to hike, backpack and adventure on my own. Yosemite has been an incredible place to live, and I’d love to share that with new people.
