About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet people, have interesting conversations, eat good food, see beautiful places and have as much fun as possible ☺

ABOUT ME

I've just finished university and I'm in my early twenties, so I'm eager to do some exploring before settling down to find a job. I'm especially interested in couchsurfing because it seems like a great way to learn about other cultures and to meet locals! I'm a happy person who laughs and smiles a lot and I'm glad to have a good conversation (although I'm a better listener than a story-teller). My expert dish-washing skills also make me a good house-guest ;)

PHILOSOPHY

I try to enjoy every day and to appreciate the good things in my life. You never know how much time you have left, so it seems wise to make the most of the present. I tend to be a serious person, but I try not to take myself too seriously (because no one else does right?). That being said, I am definitely a perfectionist to the core (oops). My priorities include maintaining good relationships with my friends and family, staying healthy, staying happy and making good memories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am just looking to couchsurf at the moment, but when I return to Vancouver I would like to host other couchsurfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not couchsurfed before but I am excited to try it out!

Interests

I like the outdoors, especially going on scenic hikes. I also love food - of any kind! My hobbies include reading, watching movies/TV shows, painting, shopping at thrift stores and of course, traveling. In terms of conversation, I would have the most to say about psychology and human rights issues, but I'd be happy to discuss any number of things.
