ABOUT ME

I am currently studying Transformational Community Development with a minor in Psych. I have a passion for people. Does that sound weird? I love getting to know people and what has made them who they are. I possibly want to live overseas long term in the future. I love exploring new places and getting lost. I almost never have a minute to myself because I have a hard time saying no- turning down an opportunity just isn't an option! I love adventure, nature, bike rides, laughing, doing things without worrying about what others may think of you, making friends, playing pool, DANCING, being at the beach, and many other things but I'm going to stop myself now because I realize there is an "interests" section that I should probably save that for. I love trying new things and new foods- but im not a fan of change for the most part. I want to see the world, but especially those villiage in the middle of nowhere. I absolutely love being in new cultures and things related. I love accents! I really love being outdoors, on the water especially. Simplicity is the best for me. I'm always looking into the future, wanting it to get here. But when it gets here, I'm always missing the past. It's kind of a problem? I'm easygoing. I don't like spending money. I'm very sentimental with objects (it's a PROBLEM). I love to read. and walk barefoot.
I love it when someone just plays the guitar or piano.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed twice so far, which is just the beginning to what I hope is a lifetime of surfing! I hope to host in the future, but I am not able to currently.

I used to LOVE reading books, but school work has unforuntetly consumed too much of my time these past few years. A book I read last semester for class actually, "Compassion" by Henry Nouwen, completely changed my life!
I love chick flicks, action, comedy, sometimes Sci-Fi, but I'm not all about that horror/gore stuff.
My favorite movie is actually a French movie called "Love me if you dare."
As far as music goes, I love pretty much everything but heavy rock.
