ABOUT ME

I am from Chicago, USA and I am currently living in Wilmette, Illinois. I spent the last year living in Spain teaching English, and I have never had so much fun in my entire life. I loved living in Europe and I want to live there in the future. I studied the environment and I am currently looking for work in the environmental industry either in the united states or anywhere else in the world. I did gymnastics and ballet for almost my entire life and I have taught both for the past few years. I love being active but also enjoy being still sometimes. I love reading, watching movies, listening to music, sleeping in, exploring, riding my bike and getting wild. I prefer to spend as little time on the computer as possible so I can get out and have adventures. My favorite things in the world are dessert, the ocean and mountains. I love to laugh and try to surround myself with positive people and influences.

PHILOSOPHY

Go where life takes you with the least resistance, and stay where you find yourself continually smiling.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to travel the world and meet people in a more fun and adventurous way than simply staying in a hotel or hostel. I do love hostels and have met many great people staying there, but it would be nice to have a more exciting experience with someone who knows the city well and has a deep connection with it. I am hoping to build friendships and meet other people like me who enjoy having new experiences and creating memories that you didn't think were possible.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed a few times around Europe and had the most amazing experiences and still stay in touch with those hosts. I want to host soon myself so I can return the favor.

Ballet, flamenco (any type of dance really), gymnastics, concerts and festivals, traveling, the environment, meeting new and interesting people, eating fantastic food, the beach, snowboarding, stretching, going to the beach, reading, riding bikes, swimming, yoga, dancing and dancing.
