I am on a mission to live my dream for me before dedicating my life to another.

ABOUT ME

I lived in Okinawa for four years as a child and fell in love with Japan. I lived quite near Tokyo for two years while I teach on the JET Program. I was happy to have had my two passions, teaching and learning about cultures, at the same time.

I miss Japan a lot, but still plan to go back and travel more outside of Asia in the future.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to continually learn and grow. If I don't know something about what is around me I must learn about it and then take pictures of it and write about it later.

I want to help people who are like me and would rather not spend hundreds or thousands of dollars a trip on hotel fees.

I read a lot about Buddhism as there are many temples and Shrines where I used to live. I lived near Kamakura. I take pictures of historical statues then read about what they symbolize. I am always yearning for better understanding of such things as well.
