i recently moved to seattle from urbana, illinois. i'm still trying to figure things out post-grad. my free time is spent hiking, taking walks, drunk biking, reading, writing, thinking about plants and bees, cooking dinners, and watching movies.

i hope to go back to school to get my mfa in poetry.

my favorite job was working in a greenhouse, and i'd like to get more into farming/gardening. i work at a garden store now to make rent.

meeting nice, interesting, friendly people. drinking whiskey on a porch in the country in tennessee. sleeping on a vegetable farm. coffee talks, nice walks. the idea of being able to talk to a stranger in a way that you can't talk to close friends. it's an exhilarating experience.

available to host in capitol hill neighborhood of seattle. my partner and i have a one bedroom apartment, with a pull out couch. guest must be okay with a cat and a dog.

i'm also looking to get to traveling more along the west coast, and would be looking for help along the way!

reading, writing, going on walks, painting, gardening, wine, crosswords, fireplaces, cats, libraries, art museums, other museums, exploring. browsing wikipedia for hours on end. writing letters to people and getting letters in the mail. going to see movies. thinking about history, poetry, philosophy.
