About Me

Travel Italy to find a place of sun and rock and sea to call home

I love being alive! I love breakfast, meeting people, listening to their stories, learning new skills. I love feeling the floor cave in from under my feet when confronted to unexepected change, I love adjusting to new rituals, i like sharing knowledge and teaching, I love preparing my rope and climbing equipment under a route I am about to send, I need to be outdoors and feel life's heat on my skin,

I am not much of a consumer. I believe that we vote with our dollars and that individual action does affect the mass. I don't act like a angry hippie, I respect the way things are, and try to be the best of myself amongst all of it. Our habits are largely defined by our context. A frase that I try to live by says: Change is the Only constant. .. So i put efforts into not being so rigid with my ideas. It's a work in progress. I'm a work in progess.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy cooking and helping around the house. I am grateful and polite, I usualy jump in to do dishes and always tidy up after myself.

Learning in general, Tai chi, cycling, climbing, I practice some breathing technics, I like to grow food, and am slowly learning to value sleep and moments of il bel farniente. Doing nothing is an art, I need to practice it a bit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being outside guiding tourists through a via ferata line on the edge of a large Canyon in Québec where you smile all day because of the surplus of joy inside your chest AND then, beleve it or not, Getting PAYED for it!
Beleiving that it is possible to make a living AND be happy.. that's priceless.

Teach, Learn, Share
