ABOUT ME

I am a city farmer who loves to talk to people about food and farming and the power of it to heal. When I'm not farming with my urban farm I work at supportive housing developing and facilitating gardening programming for people with severe mental illness. I intern with a permaculturalist in the city, helping to develop and deliver her programs and workshops.

When I'm not doing that I spend my time with my lovely husband, cat, good friends and neighbours.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed when I need to go to conferences, workshops and other learning and sharing things in different city in southern ontario.
