ABOUT ME

I am a psychology student whose primary interest is in adolescent mental health. I believe early adulthood is a really important time in terms of the person we turn out to be, and I am very interested in finding a ways to help young people find themselves and get through this stressful time.
I have taken a Gap Year for 2012 and am at the tail end of a 7 month trip around Europe. I wanted to use this trip to become a bit more outgoing - and what better way to do that than to meet new people?!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am brand new to couch surfing, and was encourage to join by a friend I stayed with last weekend in Vienna. I have however rented out rooms to travellers when my housemates travelled and that was always a great experience.

Aside from my interest in psychology, I love history, learning German, literature, cooking, trying new foods, travel (obviously), musicals and I really enjoy community work.

I love Regina Spektor, Gotye, Josh Groban, most musicals, classical music, 90's music (reminds me of my childhood) and I'll listen to pretty much anything.
I love Jane Austen, A Song of Ice and Fire, Stephen Fry's autobiographies and classic literature.
TV I watch regularly includes Doctor Who, Parks and Recreation, New Girl and The Big Bang Theory. Favourites that are finished include Black Books, Scrubs, Firefly and Buffy.
Movies - I'll watch any period drama, most romantic comedies, english comedies and anything with Hugh Jackman.
