3-month surfing and helpxing trip through Europe!

ABOUT ME

Kevin and I are from Missoula, MT USA and are traveling together. We both love to produce our own food. Jessy is a social worker with experrience in hunger relief and Kevin is a carpenter who spent two years off the grid in the mountains of Montana.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Jessy is quite a friendly and outgoing 25 year old,while Kevin is a thoughtful introverted 32 year old. Kevin loves mountaineering and ice climbing in his free time, and has a small handmade hand-saw wood working business. Jessy loves skiing and spent 3 winters hopping from north to south hemispheres chasing winter. She loves yoga and writing as well as making friends with mostly anyone.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We are both new to couch surfing! Neither of us has surfed before, but we helpx (work in exchange for food and accommodation).

Interests

Jessy enjoys long-term travel, skiing, sleeping outside. Kevin loves to garden and lived off the grid working towards building a permaculture site in Montana. He built his house out of timber frame and straw bale and plaster--very good insulation!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending a month in the Grand Canyon on a rafting trip. Standing on top of a mountain-capped peak in New Zealand. Climbing Denali in Alaska on a ice climbing/mountaineering trip.
