ABOUT ME

Lively, enthusiastic and a little crazy in my own way. I've learnt a lot in the past year through teaching English in Spain - it's made me realise that people are just people with the same basic desires regardless of their culture, and that if you really want something in life you should just go out and get it yourself! It's what makes the day-to-day obstacles fun and adventurous. I love the enrichment of learning, meeting people and trying new things, but also enjoy having serious and reflective chats over some good tea or coffee. I will stand up for what I feel is right based on what i've learnt from experience and my current surroundings.

Stayed in Mérida, Spain and Dublin Ireland - hoping to do more travelling when i've finished my degree next year!

Interests

My two main passions are theatre (performing arts) and languages / cultures. Currently studying Hispanic Studies at degree level.
Particularly interested in: vegetarianism / ethics / religion / buddhism / animal rights / gay rights. The usual liberal, hippy related topics.
Other things I thrive off doing; socialising with family and friends, travelling, studying languages, listening to a wide variety of music, tour guiding, cooking (and not to mention, eating..) yummy food. Coffee is my drug of choice.
