I grew up in a little city in the South and as soon as I was old enough I got the hell out of dodge. I’ve been travelling ever since. I’ve scuba dived in the Great Barrier Reef, hang glided over the Swiss Alps, saw God in Thailand, ate scorpions in Mexico, the list goes on. I have a master’s degree in Media & Politics and enjoy political discourse. I love to read (give me book recommendations). I play in a riot grrrl band and just finished up a European tour.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I'm a musician! I love a broad range of music. I grew up just outside of New Orleans so I have a special appreciation for blues and jazz music, and I am also in a riot grrrl band.

Movies: slasher films mostly, but I dabble in independent films as well. My favorite movie of all time though is the 2003 Jack Black classic School of Rock.

Books: psych thrillers/horror mostly, but I dabble in classic literature
