I consider myself as a peaceful, emphatic, and always trying to keep positives thought in my mind (sometimes it's difficult). I do every morning that I called (Dopamine Ritual) which consist of very early (mostly 5 A.M), do some exercise like running, bicycling, swimming, then I do a little bit of yoga, follows by 15-20 minutes of meditation finally a cold shower. I have been doing that for 2 months, and I feel amazing every morning. With energy, motivation, with self-confidence and happy. I always try to see the mistakes as lessons, and the bad situations as challenges.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Actually, I'm living in a Buddisht center as a volunteer for almost 2 months, and I would like to travel cheap, for the reasons that I haven't earned money these months before. Also, I think that the people who are willing to share their houses are people who are worth to meet. With Couchsurfing not only do I have the possibility of travel very cheap but also meet amazing people and sharing experience with them. That is wonderful!
