I enjoy doing Yoga I find it helps me balance my energy and mind as well as helping me Meditate. I enjoy nature, just being in connection with Mother Earth. I enjoy listening to good music over a cup of good wine or Scotch. Most of all I enjoy traveling very much, I find it helps you expand your mind and consciousness and it certainly changes your perspective towards the way you look and percieve life. I'm just a Tourist on an endless Journey passing Thru.
