COVID-19 became a nuisance to the travel community. As borders slowly starting to open up, I hope to start making connections again.

My name’s Jett, 29, from Santa Rosa City in Laguna, Philippines. I am a photography and videography enthusiast, an active community volunteer, a brand manager and ambassador by profession, who would like to travel and meet new people, want to have a hands on experience with the locals, their culture, their place, taste their food, make valuable life connections, make wonderful memories, and then write about it. I also want to explore the unexplored and have a better understanding of cultural diversity.

I’m constantly planning on a solo backpacking trip somewhere where I can meet many people and be my friends hopefully. I love talking to people with different culture and learn from them. I want to make my life meaningful by collecting experiences shared with other people and in places that reveal God's bountiful magnificence.

I'm very outgoing, so it's so easy for me to get along with people with different personalities and various temperaments.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I find refuge in all my travels. Every journey gives me the spirit of freedom and independence as I roam around a place. These travels have given me opportunities to commune with people and with nature.

I am on Couchsurfing to meet as many locals and travelers as I can and create meaningful connections with them. I also want to share my stories and the lessons that impacted my life from my travels. Importantly, I am here to prove that it does not cost a lot to seek out the world and that there are a lot of kind-hearted people that will give you what they can offer.
