Ran naked on a portuguese beach (don't judge me it felt like freedom)
Walked up the hills through Alfama, Lisbon with a 20kg suitcase and that's probably the best workout I've had so far!

You bond best with portuguese people over a bottle of beer I learned. Or, when you are at the Algarve, over Medronho though I am never sure if I should recommend it to someone trying it or better not as it´s basically the devil´s drink itself.

It´s okay to be afraid at first and there is no better feeling than being caught by strangers´ kindness when you least expect it.
