I am a recent transplant to Portland and always up for exploring neighborhoods for eateries and watering holes.

I'm into "cult" film - kaiju, giallo, Italian horror, Joseph Lai crap anime, and the like! I also do cult. crit and love working with stock/found footage. Here's something short I did with some old sword and sandal stuff (>3 min.): http://vimeo.com/21932232

I've seen far too many awful movies and will never see enough. I will talk your ear off about all of them. I've seen the men behind The Men Behind the Sun, the black leather beauty queen Lady Terminator, I've watched all of western civilization explode in an operatic bubblegum apocalypse as only the Italians can provide.

Whale watching in Homer. Humpbacks and otters and puffins!

And this is completely cheese ball but the power in meeting and knowing other people is something that gives me hope and keeps the depressive anxiety at bay (full disclosure there).
