ABOUT ME

I love to smile/laugh. I think a smile tells a lot about a person. Eyes do too. I have this deep fascination for eyes. Eyes are defintely the windows to the soul. Cooking is one of my passions. Waking up, going to the market to get all fresh products and cook a great meal: I love it! But the thing I love the most is meeting and connecting with people. We're such interesting creatures.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'd love to host travellers. I travelled through SE Asia for 5 months just recently and I think meeting and chilling with locals is one of the most beautiful parts of traveling.

Life!, music (all kinds of music, depending on my mood), people, food, (crazy) dancing, see amazing things thanks to our nature (don't you love Amsterdam ;)), reading.

Love, love, love music. It doesn't really matter what kind of music, it only has to suit my mood :)

I love reading books which give you new ways of thinking and seeing the world. Paulo Coelho does the trick at the moment.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been affected by the travelbug! I just got home from my first big trip through SE Asia: Thailand, Laos, Myanmar (Burma), Cambodia and Vietnam. I've only been home for 6 weeks and now booked my trip to Israel in July. In the meantime I'm hoping to see a bit of Europe. Travelling is amazing.
