ABOUT ME

Hi. I’m Julie but my friends call me Jewels. I spend most of my adult life in. New York City where I worked in radio and music as an advertising executive. While trying to maintain a balanced life in NYC I was fortunate enough to find yoga. Immediately, yoga gave me a sense of spirituality and calmness that was much needed in my life. A few years later, I left New York and moved to California to teach yoga. After some beautiful sun shining years as a California beach girl, I left to travel the world. I mostly stay in Koh Phangan, Thailand where I teach yoga and Reiki. But I travel a lot. 46 countries. I am enjoying the spiritual path, continuing my life joy of traveling around the world...and there is no looking back.

traveled the world. been on safari in Kenya, climbed the hills and ruins of Machu Pichu, island hopped in Greece, sought enlightenment in India and Thailand, trekked the Himalayan mountains in Nepal 4 times, chased out and intruder from my guest house in India, performed impromptu acro yoga performances on the streets of Manhattan, visited the world's fair in Lisbon Portugal, Seville Spain, Hanover Germany and Nagoya Japan, was a guest English teacher at a university in China and so much more...
