ABOUT ME

I am a Brazilian Computer Science student in Goiânia, Brazil, and I am an exchange student in Joensuu, Finland, by Ciência sem Fronteiras (Science without Borders) programme.

I was born in a part of Brazil known internationally, the Amazon Region, so I know a lot about that region. However, since I also search a lot about other regions in the world, I've got a wide range of subjects about what's going on throughout the world.

I intend to host people who visit Joensuu during my stay there. I will arrive to Joensuu in September.

I like traveling, talking to other people about other cultures and learning about things I don't know.

I've read a moderate number of books, but the one I like the most was "Brave New World". It's a completely amazing book, and I strongly recommend it.

I can teach Portuguese, my mother-language, even though I have noticed that there are not many people who want to learn it because most of them is interested in Spanish. Too bad, because Portuguese is much better and prettier than Spanish. :)
I also know English and I'm moderate speaker of French, so if anyone needs help with that, I would be quite happy to assist.
