About Me

CURRENT MISSION

living the dream!

ABOUT ME

I'm a 22 yr old student from Seattle, Washington. I'm currently studying music business at the University of Miami. In the summer, I work at a summer camp in the Cascade Mountains.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way. I love trying new things and exploring unfamiliar territory. I am inspired by the people that surround me, and try to keep a positive attitude.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

ready to make some memories

Interests

My two great passions are music and travel. I'm a classical oboist, and spend much of my time performing and practicing. I also dabble with the ukulele just for kicks ;) For the past three years, I've worked as a DJ at WVUM in Miami. I love it! College radio is a blast and constantly exposes me to new music.

I also have a passion for exploring the outdoors. On sunny days I head for the mountains for hiking and scrambling. There is nothing like a view from the top of a peak in the Cascades. From Mt. Rainier to the San Juan Islands to the Olympic Range, views like this remind me of how proud I am to call the Pacific Northwest my home. Lately I have been volunteering at a sailing center to work on my sailing skills. I hope to get out on the water more this summer.
I prefer biking to driving, but definitely don't feel guilty about driving if it's raining outside.
