ABOUT ME

I have been a locksmith for the past 16 years. I am very independent and try to do everything on my own.

I am a mom of 2 boys. They have made me want to be the best me I can be. I have always loved animals and nature. I have 2 cats. I love spending time outdoors. I enjoy fishing and hiking.

I have been out of the couch surfing scene for awhile being a mom and all now. My kids are 9 and 10 year old boys. I spend most of my time caring for them and myself. I also have a candle business on the side as a hobby.

I do not watch much television. I prefer to listen to music, or read a book. However I will watch TV. sometimes, I prefer educational programs, but I will give any show or program a try.

I grew up a tomboy. Playing football and playing in the dirt were my favorite pastimes. I played football when I was 12. I was the only girl on the team. It was a fun time in my life, and I felt proud of standing for something I believed in. I will throw around a football or Frisbee once in a while, but I mostly stick to hacky sackying. I also enjoy kayaking, or going out in a canoe; fishing, and walks.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My ex-husband, Bryan and I used CS to travel across the country from MA to CA and back. I would also like to try hosting soon on weekends I do not have my kids.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had all great experiences, and I have made friends using the CS network. I would recommend CS to my friends and family. I will continue to use CS and would like to go to more events.

Interests

I make candles, play pool in a league, enjoy the outdoors, reading, cooking, music of all types, seeing new sites, and learning.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite movies are Braveheart and The Lion King.

My favorite band is NOFX, but I love just about everything, from classic rock, classical, alternative rock, metal, punk, country, and so forth.

I love books by Dean Koontz and Mary Higgins Clark, but I read just about anything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Paris when I was 15 and saw the Eiffel Tower, that was amazing! The Grand Canyon was super awesome!!!visited 19 states (38%)Create your own visited map of The United States or another interesting project
