I'm travelling in Europe mainly for scientific and professional purposes and I really would like to meet people of the places and regions where I go.

OCCUPATION : I used to work for a university and now I am in charge of the training of architects and engineers about ecological building technics.

TRAVELLING : I usually travel for scientific or family purposes, but I try to take time to experience how is life in one place and spend some time with local people.

SHOWING PLACES : While travelling, there is nothing worse than going to a place or a region and just being left without a proper welcome. So welcoming travelling people and showing them the place, or just hanging out with them, is very important. I love presenting what is the culture of my place, why the region is like that and what are its hidden treasures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really enjoyed making visit the place I know well and meet new people. And I used to use CS a couple fo years ago. I meet wonderful persons thanks to it. Now I would like to renew the experience.

Interests

I'm interested in ideas, how cities look like, local food and culture, vegetation and landscapes, and discovering the hidden treasures in ordinary life-stories of the people I meet.

By the way, I'm playing guitar and I enjoy running... I usually take a lot of notes in my notebooks, collecting thoughts, descriptions and stories.
