ABOUT ME
Hey! I'm a very happy, open-minded person that likes to cook and bake for everybody hanging around in my flat. I love to have smiling people around me, I am very communicative and can also be very quiet and concentrated on something that catched my attention.
Interests
I work as a volunteer for an association called German Youth Press and really spend much time on that. Besides I study German language and literature, play the drums in a samba-band, work for a radio station and write.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2010 I went to Algiers in Algeria to visit a conference against war and exploitation. About 100 guests and me were hosted a few kilometers from Algeria's main town. I was quite shocked that we were hosted a few meters from the sea but weren't allowed to go inside or even walk on the beach. It was for our own safety that we were kept behind a barb wire fence and all I saw of Algiers I did with armed escort. All I ever read about terrorism was so theoretical in that moment when I realised that it is a great luck for me to be able to feel safe in my home, to be able to walk around as a girl even in the evening and to just grow up without real cares.
