I know it only asked for one, but I 'could no sooner pick a favorite star in the heavens' so, here's a list instead:
- swam with the whale sharks
- swam with wild dolphins (not the ones in theme parks)
- climbed Mt. Pulag and be above sea of clouds
- touched the water of Lake Toba in Sumatra
- fed a wild orangutan
- went hand-to-trunk with an elephant in Sumatra
- surfed. really surfed.
- bungee jumped during a solo trip
