Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend recently recommended couchsurfing to me. I want to start traveling more and meeting wonderful new people. I'd especially love to meet and host other runners and people who would like to sign with me.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love music, especially anything energetic that I can see live. Rock, punk, ska, and synth pop are usually playing in my house.

My favorite authors are Anne Lamott and Anne Patchett. I also love reading poetry.

I rarely have the time to watch a movie these days, but I'm open to recommendations. Lost in Translation is one movie I could watch again.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently ran a trail half marathon up and down a mountain. It was insanely tough but epic! I loved the views and running through the creeks, getting filthy shoes.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn all kinds of new things, especially more American Sign Language. I am also getting interested in clean eating and can teach you how to make some awesome green smoothies. If you're interested in running or hiking, I'd love to show you some great trails.
