I'm traveling around while I teach English in France for the year. Afterward, I'll be back in the States to continue my passion for reporting.
I'm a journalist, which means I literally get paid to meet people, learn about life and write. It's truly the greatest job in the world. When I'm not reporting, I enjoy reading books, exploring new cities and discussing politics. I believe in the rights of all mankind, which makes me an ardent feminist and human rights advocate. I always enjoy hearing other people's perspectives on how best to make the world a better place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to explore corners of the world through the people who actually know them best.
I'm generally more of an introvert, who enjoys getting to know people over a glass of wine and good conversation.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love the news, books, music, politics and art.
I can often scribbling notes in the margins of books by Jonathan Safran Foer, Zadie Smith, Jeffrey Eugenides.
My Spotify playlists span 1980s pop music to contemporary rap. I'm always down for new music.
