COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm kind of a newbie! I've informally couchsurfed with friends around the United States but haven't been using this site for very long. I can't wait to have more great experiences!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The two most incredible things I have seen in my life:
The morning light streaming through the stained glass of Sainte-Chapelle in Paris.
Also, the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

I am not a woman of faith, but I keenly felt the existence of something bigger than myself in those two places.

I also finished walking the Camino de Santiago (Way of St. James) in July 2014. So incredible and unforgettable.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can (try to) teach you how to knit. I also have a pretty good memory for trivia and am a great person to have on your team for Trivial Pursuit or trivia night at a bar.
For example, did you know that the state of Texas was its own country for nine years before officially joining the United States of America?
