ABOUT ME

I moved to Austin a year ago from Los Angeles, CA where I lived for 10 years doing makeup for the movies. I was hit by a drunk driver which changed my life forever. I moved to Austin to be closer to my sister and twin nephews. Time to put family first.

I'm a 39yr old female. Owner of a small business called Just Jill Cosmetics. I had the pleasure of letting a German traveler stay on my couch while he was traveling thru Austin. He introduced me to this site and now I'm hooked. I can't wait to meet more interesting people traveling thru Austin. As well as, going on my next trip I will definitely be couchsurfing.

Now I need to get off my ass and explore this world before its too late.
I've been telling myself since I was young I wanted to travel but always let fear hold me back. Not anymore. Let the adventure begin. :D
