ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Chicago, after completing 2 degrees at the University of Michigan (GO BLUE!) I've moved out California to pursue a career in aerospace engineering.

I'm easy going, and enjoy hanging out with anyone and meeting new people. On weekends you will normally find me with friends hanging at our house, or maybe a local bar. Also, I've tried to explore my new state, traveling up the coast from San Diego to Humboldt.

Update: I've just moved to Mountain View and have started exploring the area. I may not have too many good suggestions of places to see, but am more than happy to explore alongside any surfer if I have the time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My last roomie Matt Minnick introduced me to couch surfing and since then we have hosted several surfers. It's been a blast so far and we've met a lot of interesting people. I look forward to hosting more, and eventually surfing some couches.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've only hosted a couple groups of surfers, but the experiences have been great. It's been awesome to meet people from all over the world, especially since I was living in a little town. Now that I'm in a place worth exploring I look forward to showing surfers around a little bit

I enjoy most genres of movies. Some of my fave titles are Top Gun, Hangover, Usual Suspects, Dark Knight, Gladiator, 300, Old School, Independence Day.

I will listen to pretty much anything from country to rap/r&b. Mostly i listen to rock though. Favorite band is the Grateful Dead. I also play guitar.

I'm an avid reader and enjoy a wide genre of books.
